SHIPPING & RETURN
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship within Canada only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. All packages are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, and tracking numbers are provided once your order is shipped.
Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (varies by location)
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request at info@theobjkt.com
Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. are processed the next business day.
No deliveries on weekends or holidays.
Delivery times may increase during high season or due to external factors.
Shipping Costs:
Our shipping fees are a fixed rate of $15–$35 for ground shipping. Any add-ons are $5 each. Large-scale pieces are currently limited to local shipping and may incur additional fees. Costs include courier fees but do not cover any additional charges the courier may impose.
Handling Fragile Items:
Delicate or breakable items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe arrival.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders:
Notify us within 14 days if your order is lost or damaged.
We are not responsible for theft after delivery is completed. To avoid issues, please use a secure delivery address.
Returns:
Due to the unique nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact us at info@theobjkt.com—we handle concerns thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.
